1.靶向白血病干细胞:聚焦于自我更新相关关键基因的功能鉴定,旨在发现可干预的新治疗靶点,以根除疾病源头。
2.克服临床耐药:系统探究白血病耐药产生的分子机制,并以此为基础,探索优化现有治疗方案的策略。
