长期致力于血栓形成的细胞与分子机制研究。在二硫键异构酶家族对血栓形成主要蛋白的氧化还原调控网络机制和凝血蛋白的生物学功能等方面取得了一批成果。共发表 SCI 论文20余篇,包括 Nature Communications、J Exp Med、Blood、J Thromb Haemost 等。多次在血栓与止血相关国际会议作大会报告,研究受国家自然科学基金面上项目、自然科学基金青年项目、国家血液系统疾病临床医学等研究项目资助。目前担任国际血栓与止血学会科学与标准化委员会(ISTH-SSC)共同主席。曾获苏州科医学会医学科技奖二等奖、苏州市自然科学学术论文一等奖、国际血栓与止血学会议(ISTH)“青年研究者奖”等。
